Choose a suitable callout time. An ALVA PC team member travels to your home or workplace, with journey updates provided through WhatsApp.

We Replace Your Screen
We’ll inspect the phone and complete the screen replacement on-site with your consent, or take the device to our local workshop and return it within two hours with the new screen — the choice is yours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need my passcode?
No. We will never ask for or require your passcode. Once the repair is complete, you will test Face ID, touch functions and general operation yourself before payment.
Will Face ID still work after the repair?
If your Face ID worked before the repair, it will work after. The only change is the screen.
Will my iPhone show a screen replacement message?
Because Apple secures their phones with internal serial numbers, your iPhone will show an ‘Unknown Part’ notification in the settings after the repair. Please don’t worry—this is completely normal for all independent repairs. It just means the new screen wasn’t calibrated by Apple’s restricted software. Your new display is fully tested, backed by our warranty, and will function perfectly. The notification will even disappear from your main lock screen after a few days.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from £60 for Standard screen replacement, with Premium Soft OLED available for +£20 on most models. See the full price table above for your specific iPhone.
How quickly can you come to me?
We offer local callouts from 7AM to 11PM across South East London and Kent, and we aim to reach you within 30 – 45 minutes. Once your callout is confirmed, live tracking is provided so you can follow our journey to you.
Do I need to travel anywhere?
No — that’s the whole point of the callout service. We come to your home or workplace within our coverage area.
Is my iPhone repaired on the spot?
The choice is yours. If you’re comfortable, we can complete the screen replacement at your home or workplace. If you’d prefer, we’ll collect your iPhone and take it to our local workshop for the repair. Before our team member leaves with your phone, you can take a photo of the team member with their ALVA PC lanyard visible, as well as a photo of your iPhone.
What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard Display: Our best-value option, designed for a reliable and dependable repair while keeping costs accessible.
Premium Soft OLED: A higher-grade display featuring deeper blacks and superior viewing characteristics, delivering an experience very close to the original screen.
