Our UK-wide MacBook battery replacement service is available to customers anywhere in the country by mail-in. This local service is designed specifically for customers in South East London and Kent who would rather not post their MacBook away.
We handle the entire repair for you. Once we’ve confirmed your MacBook model and that a battery replacement is appropriate, we source the correct replacement battery ourselves. When the battery is ready, we collect your MacBook from your home or workplace, take it to our workshop, replace and test the battery, and return the MacBook directly to you.
The total price is £180, including the replacement battery, installation, collection and return. There is no battery for you to purchase separately and no additional collection or delivery charge.

We Source the Correct Battery
Once we’ve confirmed your MacBook model, we source and order the correct replacement battery for you. You don’t need to search for parts, compare suppliers or purchase anything separately.
We Arrange Collection
As soon as the replacement battery is ready, we’ll arrange a collection time that works for you. We can collect your MacBook from your home or workplace within our South East London and Kent coverage area.

Once the repair has been completed, tested and returned, we’ll send you a secure payment link. The total service price is £180, including the battery, fitting, collection and return.

We Test the Battery Before Your MacBook Comes Back
Replacing the battery is only part of the job. Before your MacBook is returned, we check that the replacement battery is being recognised correctly and that the MacBook is charging and operating as expected.
Where the MacBook and version of macOS support it, we can inspect information including battery condition, cycle count, charging status and full-charge capacity.
This gives us a clear before-and-after comparison and helps us confirm that the new battery is functioning correctly before the MacBook leaves our workshop.
