Laptop, MacBook, PC or iPhone problem? Start with a free initial assessment of your symptoms on WhatsApp. If hands-on workshop testing is needed, we’ll quote the advanced diagnostic fee after your WhatsApp assessment and get your approval before collection or any chargeable testing.
If you go ahead with the repair, we’ll deduct the approved advanced diagnostic fee from the total price once the agreed repair is successfully completed—so you don’t pay it twice.

No Fix, No Fee applies to repair charges: you do not pay for an unsuccessful agreed repair. Any advanced workshop diagnostic fee is quoted after your free WhatsApp assessment and must be approved before testing. That approved fee remains payable if you decline the repair or the device cannot be fixed. If the agreed repair succeeds, the approved diagnostic fee is deducted from the total repair price. Free WhatsApp diagnosis is remote only, with no physical inspection included.

Computer, Laptop & Phone Repairs — Without the Trip to a Repair Shop
Start with a free assessment of the reported symptoms on WhatsApp—no visit or physical inspection is included. If workshop testing is required, we’ll quote the advanced diagnostic fee after your WhatsApp assessment and get your approval before any chargeable testing begins. If the agreed repair is completed successfully, that fee is deducted from the total repair price. There is no obligation to proceed with the repair.

Approve Workshop Diagnostic Quote
If hands-on testing is required, we’ll quote the diagnostic fee after your WhatsApp assessment and get your approval before collection.

We Collect From You
We arrange free local collection from your home, workplace or another agreed location within our service area, and keep you updated.

Workshop Tests & Quote
Our technicians carry out approved diagnostics, explain their findings and quote for repairs. Any approved diagnostic fee is credited towards a successfully completed repair. No repair starts without approval.

Repair, Return & Pay
Once the agreed repair is complete, we return your device locally. Any approved diagnostic fee is deducted from the total repair price. If the repair is unsuccessful, no repair charge applies, but any separately approved diagnostic fee remains payable.
Approved diagnostic fees are deducted from successful repairs. Your WhatsApp assessment is free. If workshop testing is needed, we’ll quote
the diagnostic fee after that assessment and seek your approval before testing. If the agreed repair is successful, we deduct the approved diagnostic
fee from the total repair price—you don’t pay it twice. Our No Fix, No Fee promise means no repair charge for an
unsuccessful agreed repair. Any approved diagnostic fee remains payable if
you decline the repair or the device cannot be fixed. Eligible local
collection and return are free.
